Information you provide
Endure & Elevate collects your athlete profile, assessment answers, calculated report, name, email and any optional contact details you submit. Temporary assessment progress is saved in your browser so you can resume on the same device.
How information is used
We use your answers to calculate your readiness report and personalized action plan. We record assessment progress and interactions, including report views, downloads and Accelerator clicks, to understand how the scorecard is used. We also use profile and score information to identify relevant support opportunities and prioritize follow-up.
Your report and access
Individual answers and internal lead qualification are not displayed publicly. Your private report link grants access to the report; keep it private. Administrator access is restricted. A share card includes only your readiness score, tier and top-priority category.
Email and marketing
Marketing consent is optional and unchecked by default. If you opt in, Endure & Elevate may send athlete-development and opportunity resources. You may withdraw that consent by emailing us. Report email delivery requires a connected provider; the report screen indicates its current status.
Service providers and retention
The site uses hosted application and database services to operate the assessment. A configured email delivery provider may process contact details and report content to deliver your requested report. Submitted information is retained for report access and program follow-up until removed in response to a verified request or operational retention review.
Your choices
Contact us to request access, corrections, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent. Clearing browser storage removes local draft progress and the saved report access key but does not delete submitted records.
Young athletes
This version is intended for current college athletes. It is not designed for children under 13. An athlete who requires parent or guardian involvement should contact Endure & Elevate before submitting personal information. Future youth assessments require a separate consent process.
